Why do we estimate 10 days?

According to our statistics, more than 80% of our orders are delivered within 10 days, with the fastest being 3 days and the longest being 15 days.

Process of delivery:

All orders are sent the following business day after purchase, or the same day if placed before 12 PM (GMT+8). Within 24 hours of your item shipping, you will receive a Shipment processing email with your tracking number(s).

We can also send your package through EMS (8-20 days) or UPS (8-15 days). The price is greater than regular postage, about$ 20 or higher. If you prefer EMS or UPS, please contact us.

Shipping Fee

We offer Free Standard Shipping for standard shipping and handling charges in the US to get our product safely. It does not include expedited shipping, non-standard shipping, return-shipping, customs and/or import/export fees, or fees charged by any party other than our products. Free shipping is only valid for full products and not for parts ordered through customer service.

Shipping Insurance

Our free standard shipping includes shipping insurance, superior protection and safety for your valuable items during international delivery.  We'll work with you to find a solution in case of a lost or damaged package.

Taxes And Duties

As of 31 Dec. 2022, we are not involved in customs Taxes And Duties.


All of our orders are online traceable. A processing email with online tracking number and link will be sent to you within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch (examples: Black Friday days / Christmas time / New Year's Day). You can use ORDER TRACKER to track you order.

As the logistics needs to go through transnational transshipment, the logistics is generally divided into two parts. Sometimes the local logistics information can only be seen when arriving in the order receiving country. For example, the US only has the corresponding USPS logistics information after the USPS receives the handed over goods. It is suggested to use the logistics tracking information on our website.
