The ramshackle exterior hides a door with a set of teeth, a bat and a lamp, a decorated eye, a green bottle, a black jar and an old tree. The roof is uneven, the walls are patched, and the whole model is small enough to sit on a windowsill or a desk. It is a scene rather than a building, and it is meant to be seen from the front.
A narrow, cool light makes the barn look abandoned rather than cosy. A small lantern glow sits by the door, the eye takes a faint green accent, and the window is lit from inside with a weak, uneven source that leaves most of the interior dark.
