How long does it take to ship my order?

Where can I track my package?

Once shipped, you receive an email with a tracking number. Click the tracking number to open the live tracking page.

My tracking status hasn't updated in 5+ days. What should I do?

Delays can occur due to weather or customs. Email us your order number and we will push the logistics carrier for an update.

Tracking says Returned to Sender. Why?

The package was returned after two failed delivery attempts, usually due to an incorrect address. Please email your full correct address to support@zenebricks.com and we will arrange redelivery.

It says Delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?

First verify your delivery address is correct, then check all nearby locations including mailbox, porch, neighbors, and building reception. If still missing after 48 hours, contact our support team with your order number and tracking screenshot.

Do I have to pay customs taxes?

For most customers in Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania, taxes are pre-paid or under the duty-free threshold. In countries like Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Egypt, and Turkey, customs duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, but only if the order has not yet shipped. Contact us immediately with your full new address. If already shipped, we can provide carrier contact information so you can request a redirect directly.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from warehouses in China. Some products may ship from the US or Europe depending on stock and your location.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 24 hours, if shipped, you must follow our return policy once you receive the package.

Is the LEGO set included with the lighting kit?

No. We sell LED Lighting Kits and motor modification kits only. The LEGO set shown in product images is for demonstration purposes and is not included.

Are your parts compatible with LEGO?

Yes, our parts are 100% compatible with LEGO and other major brick brands like MOC and BrickLink.

What is the difference between Classic, Remote, and Sound versions?

Classic version has fixed brightness controlled by a physical switch. Remote version allows wireless control of brightness and lighting modes. Sound version can play music via Micro USB. IR version supports infrared sensing gestures.

Where is the instruction manual? I only see a card.

We use digital PDF manuals. Scan the QR code on the card included in your package, or visit zenebricks.com/pages/user-instructions to search by set number. If you still cannot find it, email support@zenebricks.com with your order number and we will send the PDF within 24 hours.

The QR code or link isn't working. How do I get the manual?

Try scanning with your phone's built-in camera app, or manually type the URL from the card into your browser. If it still doesn't work, email support@zenebricks.com with your order number and we will send the PDF directly within 24 hours.

The wires seem too short. What should I do?

First verify you are routing the wires exactly as shown in the instructions with no detours. Then confirm you are using the correct wire for that position by checking the bag number. If the wire is genuinely too short, email us the bag number and instruction step and we will send a free extension wire.

My lights won't turn on at all. How do I troubleshoot?

Test each power source independently by connecting a single LED directly to the battery box and then to the USB cable. If both work, proceed to connect the LED to the expansion board. If the system shuts off when connecting an LED, that LED has a short circuit. Contact support with your diagnostic results.

Some lights work but others don't. How do I fix this?

Move the non-working light to a known working port to determine if the issue is the port or the light itself. Then check the cable and connector for loose connections. Finally, verify polarity and installation direction match the instructions.

The lights are dim or flickering. What causes this?

This is almost always caused by insufficient power. Replace batteries with new alkaline batteries or use a 5V 1A or higher USB adapter. Also check for warm wires that may indicate a short circuit, and reduce the number of LEDs if overloading a single power source.

The remote control isn't working. How do I fix it?

First remove the plastic insulating tab from the battery compartment. Then verify battery polarity is correct and replace with a fresh CR2032 battery. Check the indicator LED blink pattern — rapid blinking means low battery. For white remotes, perform the code matching procedure by holding the red button for 2 seconds after power-on.

The remote blinks but lights don't respond. What should I do?

A single blink means the remote is transmitting normally. Check that all LEDs and motors are firmly plugged into the receiver board and that the receiver sensor is not blocked by LEGO bricks. Reset the receiver by unplugging power for 10 seconds. For white remotes, re-do the code matching procedure.

My kit is missing many parts or bags. What should I do?

Most missing parts reports are caused by using the wrong instruction manual version. Verify your product version (Classic CV, Remote Control RCV, or Version 2 V2) and ensure your instruction manual version code matches. If parts are genuinely missing, email us photos of all received parts and the manual cover with your order number.

A part was missing from my package. How do I get a replacement?

Identify the missing part from your manual's parts list, photograph all received parts laid out flat, circle the missing item on the parts list page, then email both photos along with your order number to support@zenebricks.com. We will dispatch the replacement free of charge within 24 hours.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number and return address. Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

How do I request a refund for a defective product?

Document the defect with clear photos or a short video, then email support@zenebricks.com with your order number, description of the defect, and your documentation. We will review within 24 hours and offer either a free replacement or full refund. In most cases you do not need to return the defective item.
