Warum verwenden wir dieses Getriebe statt dem, das bei Lego dabei ist?

  • Die Antriebsachse von Legosteinen weist Gleitreibung und einen großen Reibungskoeffizienten auf. Bei geringer Belastung verschleißen die Steine ​​nach kontinuierlicher Rotation über mehrere Minuten oder mehr als zehn Minuten. Wenn die Last groß ist, ist die Reibung stärker. Es kann auch zu starker Hitze kommen, die dazu führt, dass die Ziegel schmelzen und beschädigt werden. Als Reaktion auf diese Probleme verfügt die von mir entworfene Antriebsachse über eingebaute Kugellager, die den Reibungskoeffizienten erheblich reduzieren. Die durch Reibung erzeugte Wärme ist sehr gering und es entsteht fast keine Wärme. Daher sind wir in diesem Fall noch nie auf eine Metallerwärmung gestoßen.
